1. We will deliver your order within the timeframe stated in the offer, and 7 days before delivery, you will receive a message from us with an approximate delivery date (we will give you an estimated date range).
2. BRINGING IN SERVICE
To ensure your comfort, we give you the option to order a delivery with a bringing in service. By choosing this option, our driver will safely bring the ordered bed and mattress into your flat or house. The bringing in service does not include assembly.

3. BRINGING IN AND ASSEMBLY SERVICE
The bed bringing in and assembly service is a comprehensive approach to delivering and putting together a bed in your home. It includes transport, bringing the beds and mattresses to the chosen location in your house, and professional assembly, ensuring that the bed is ready to be used. This service offers a complete package, providing not only convenience but also the assurance that the beds will be correctly assembled by our specialists. In addition, you don't have to worry about packaging - our driver will take it away with them.

FAILURE TO PAY FOR BRINGING IN AND ASSEMBLY SERVICES
As part of our standard service, without any additionally purchased options, the driver will deliver the order as close as possible to your address. At this stage, the packages will be unloaded from the vehicle, and it is up to the customer to collect the order. The driver does not bring packages into the house or into a flat in an apartment block. If you need additional help, we encourage you to use our separate bringing in and assembly services, which we offer in accordance with our price list. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered as close as possible to your home. However, there are situations where the driver's access to your property is restricted - in this case, the order will be delivered to the closest possible location.
