How do I buy on eRaty?

1. Choose items and place your application

  • Add the items to the basket and select Santander Consumer Bank (Bank) eRATY as your payment method.

In the e-Application for a loan for the purchase of goods and services (e-Application), adjust the loan period and the down-payment to your needs, complete the data required by the Bank, then submit the e-Application and await the Bank's credit decision.

 If you do not manage to complete the e-Application, you will be able to return to it using a link that we will send to you at the e-mail address provided in the e-Application.

2. Familiarise yourself with and confirm the terms of the credit agreement

  • If you receive a positive loan decision, the Bank will provide you with the loan documentation in electronic format (PDF files). Read it and accept it on the e-Application page.

3. Confirm your identity

  • The bank allows you to confirm your identity in one of the ways you choose:

    • by transfer of PLN 1:

    Make a PLN 1 return transfer to the account and in the manner indicated by the Bank in the e-Application.

    This is the fastest way to do it, which - depending on the availability of your bank - can take only a few minutes.

    You will find the necessary details to make the transfer on the e-Application page.


    • in the presence of an employee of the courier company:

    The courier will come to you at the address indicated in the e-Application and verify your identity on the basis of the identity document indicated in the e-Application.

    Remember, the courier is only verifying your identity, so do not give him any copies of your documents.

4. Delivery of goods

  • After positive verification of the data confirming your identity, the Bank informs the e-shop that the ordered goods can be delivered.

    The seller will contact you to confirm the terms of delivery of the purchased goods and to make your own payment, if any, if declared by you.

    Remember, the terms and conditions of delivery of the goods are described in the Terms and Conditions of each e-shop.


Have you abandoned or interrupted the e-Application?

If the e-Application is interrupted after you have entered your contact details there is a possibility that you will be contacted by a Bank consultant to assist you in completing the e-Application. The Bank's helpline can contact you between 8 am and 9 pm. You can also contact the helpline yourself at: 71 773 28 47 (call cost as per operator's tariff).
